Production design sketch for the feature film Love in the Time of Cholera #44299

Description
Cinematic interpretation of a scene in which the co-protagonist, Dr. Juvenal Urbino, makes regular visits to the poor neighborhoods built on stilts, where Black residents are crowded together, to provide them with his free medical services—distantly, with sanitary intentions, yet from a position of class superiority and with the arrogance he acquired in Europe.
This is a process of cinematic interpretation within production design, for the creation of a feature film based on the Gabriel García Márquez novel, Love in the Time of Cholera.
